Sitel Polska, one of the leading international suppliers of customer service solutions, has leased more than 1.7 thousand square metres of space in Format, an office building located in Gdańsk. The new office, advanced in quality and well served by public transport, constitutes another stage in the company’s growth on the Polish market. The lease agreement, signed with Torus, the building’s developer, covers the period of 62 months. The transaction was supported by Itra Polska, an advisory company.
Office tailored to needs
Choosing Gdańsk as our second location has proved to be a perfect decision. We set off in a sub-leased office in Arkońska Business Park. In order to realize ambitious development plans, looking at the ever-changing world, with team expectations in mind, we were looking for a modern office, well-served by public transport. We were after an office with high ecological standards, guaranteeing low energy consumption and multiple conveniences for the employees. We decided on Format and Torus, with the latter offering us full support and professionalism in business relations. The current space envisages work for 250 persons, but we are certain it does not mark the end of our development. We assumed that our office will be a MaxHub, a place dedicated not only to work, but also a fitting space for meetings and team-building. We want our employees to experience the ‘wow’ effect, in accordance with the philosophy saying that the experience of our clients depends on the experience of our employees
