On 25 January, two important Polish business sector events took place in Gdynia – The BSS Forum conference and the Outsourcing Stars gala. TORUS served as a gold partner for both events.

It was the 2nd  edition of The BSS Forum conference. The event provided an opportunity to discuss the current trends, challenges, hazards and opportunities present within the wider Business Services Sector and its wider institutions and community. This included the commercial real estate sector as well, as for many years now companies providing business services have constituted a key category of office tenants. The event attracted industry experts both from Poland and abroad, who came to share their knowledge about outsourcing, process optimisation, business transformation, human resources and office space environment, among other topics. A TORUS representative took part in the following panel discussions: the Ideal BSS Operations Centre and Attaining BSS Investments.
The evening saw the 5th edition of the Outsourcing Stars gala, a truly unique event for the entire Polish BSS sector. It served to sum up the year and to give out awards for fastest developing companies and related organisations. The gala was also a perfect event to engage in some international networking. TORUS was visibly present at the event, with numerous employees participating in the presentation, which was dominated by video content showing off the company and its investment projects. TORUS was also in the lead in the Best Developer category, alongside the eventual winner, Skanska, and Vastint. Among the 13 companies winning awards that night, seven conduct business in Tricity and four are located in ALCHEMIA.
