On 22 May, we held a meeting on the 7th floor of the ARGON building for student representatives from the University of Gdańsk STARTUP entrepreneurship society. The goal of the meeting was to show the students the office market in Tricity and how companies select modern office space. Our speakers that day came from Colliers International Poland and Grupa Wirtualna Polska, the latter of which are headquartered in the Argon building.
What is the potential of the office property market in Tricity? What factors are at play when selecting space for a new company office? The answers to these questions and more were given during our student workshops held at ARGON. A Colliers International representative told the students about his company and then went on to describe in detail the Tricity office market, mentioning things like supply, demand, prices per square metre and construction times. He had also compared Tricity to other metropolitan areas in Poland and talked about A-class office buildings currently under construction and in planning (among them – NEON, the fourth stage of Alchemia and OFFICYNA). Finally, the Colliers representative talked about the process of representing office tenants and which tools are available for the task.
Afterwards, a Grupa Wirtualna Polska representative talked about his company: who they are, what they do and what values they believe in. He then discussed the numerous functional features of the company office in the ARGON building. Thanks to the solutions implemented there, their employees have a very comfortable environment and can work together efficiently in a wide variety of working spaces.
