The challenge was simple but not easy: an office unlike all others. Lipka-Sidor choose a consistent, prominent style associated with the shipping industry. One of the key repeated elements in the design are the shipping containers with the company logo and colours. The office is divided into several zones and micro-zones. The entrance contains a representative guest reception and conference room called Front of House. Near it are the offices of strategic employees. A bit further you will find open space workstations with convenient access to the kitchen, coffee tables, copy machines, relaxation areas and meeting rooms. There are also numerous open spaces for informal meetings, conversations and creative tasks. Thanks to all these solutions, the workspace offers a lot of variety and inspiration. One truly remarkable area is the kitchen, where employees can mingle and relax on different kinds of chairs and seats.
The industrial office seems at first minimalistic, clean and unobtrusive. Dive a bit deeper and you will find plants that bring a lot warmth to the workspace. There is also plenty of technology to boast about: liquid crystal films, state-of-the-art room reservation systems and DALI lighting. Everything is held together with fashionable brass-coloured detailing and original, dedicated lighting. The ONE office is another space in Alchemia created by the Torus design department.
