Just over a year since opening its new office in the Argon building in Gdańsk, Nippon Seiki (Europe) BV is doubling its leased office space to over 1,500 sq. m. The expansion has been made possible thanks to the growth of the local engineering centre and it taking on new tasks as part of the company's global strategy.
When we opened the new office in November 2018, we were planning to double our workforce within a few years. We have achieved that goal in just a few months. Moreover, further company investments in Poland and the opening of our factory near Łódź have resulted in even more work for our office in Gdańsk, which means we will need a larger office and more employees
Wojciech Gutowski, Nippon Seiki Poland branch manager
We currently employ nearly 60 people and hope to expand to 130 within two to three years. This marks another stage of the expansion of the Gdańsk office and I am sure it will not be the last.

There is a huge potential for the development of sophisticated, advanced onboard information systems in modern cars. Currently, we are witnessing a Head-Up Display boom, which we are happy to address being one of the leaders in this field. With the increased demands for new functionality like 3D graphics and imaging of augmented reality, as well as the need to meet the contemporary demands of functional security, including cyber security and protection of information, our workplace has become stimulating and challenging. This is why we would like to attract more enthusiastic and talented people to our already experienced team. This will allow us to meet the increasing demands of clients and create even more interesting products. Our investment in Poland is an integral part of our global development strategy.
